  • Wag Fest will be hosted on the track and field off of 224th St SW just South of the Evergreen Playfields in Mountlake Terrace.

    • The site is relatively flat and primarily grassy with a dirt track around the perimeter.

    • Vendors / Participants will load in via 224th then relocate vehicles off site for the event duration - there will be a limited number of ADA spots reserved close to the site for those who need it.

    • There will be NO wifi, running water, or power accessible on site so you should plan on being fully self sustainable for the festsival.

  • All food vendors need to have proper State and/or Snohomish County Health Department licensing and documentation ready prior to the festival!

There will be a fire inspection in the morning prior to the event. If you do not pass this inspection, you will be sent home (and no one wants that)!

You must have the appropriate documentation on hand on event day in order to vend.

**You will be asked for your state/county permitting in the application so please have it ready, as much as possible, at the time of application or indicate that you’re in the process of obtaining it.

  • If you do not have one already, please obtain a Mountlake Terrace Business License endorsement. You can find out more here.

    • If your business is located within the MLT City Limits, it is a $60 annual fee.

    • If your business is located outside of MLT, it is free unless you make $12,000+ in annual revenue selling in MLT.

We will not be verifying these licenses on site, but encourage you to obtain it upon acceptance to the festival.

  • You are encouraged to obtain your own business insurance, however, we will not be verifying this on site.

The Festival is covered by general liability insurance. However, this may not cover damage to your individual business or property as it is intended for the broader event.
